History
1983 - 1989
Preston in the 80s
A story of construction productivity Preston Folding Scaffold was introduced in 1983, as a new scaffolding system that improved safety, productivity, and ease of installation compared to traditional scaffolding systems. With advancements in manufacturing, scaffold bays are now delivered flat-packed on the back of the truck. When lifted, they unfold into a scaffold bay with pre-assembled handrails, kickboard, planks, and mesh ready for installation, much like Lego pieces. The success of Preston Folding Scaffold earned accolades, including awards from BHP and IBM, recognising innovation and excellence in manufacturing in 1988.

SuperDeck - the world’s leading and safest crane loading platform. In 1992, Preston was observing a crane unloading building equipment on a tall building using fixed loading platforms. There were 10 fixed platforms, one on each floor of the building, scattered all over the place, which caused several issues and extra expenses. To solve this, he invented the retractable loading platform, which is a retractable crane loading platform that is safe and efficient. It saves space by stacking vertically, like drawers.

SuperAccess - a smarter and safer alternative to traditional System Scaffold. In 2008, It was designed to eliminate all risks, dangerous practices, and faults SuperAccess is now the safest, cheapest, best, quickest, and most productive structure used as bridges, ramps, stair access, scaffolds, platforms, and more.
